Partners Jim Goodridge and Al Jacobs both have over 25 years experience in the building and real estate business.

For example, our Sunset Creek site, with great river and salt marsh views, featured shingle style Guilford Cottages. Our site, in town on Whitfield Street, featured several classic federal designs to blend in with the historic nature of the village.

1100 Boston Post Road was our first venture into the commercial realm with a combination residential and office project. Our Mill Creek subdivision featured both single family homes with historical replication designs, and an 8 unit condominium project that required the total rehab of the historic Guilford Mill and accessory building. One recent project was the removal of the old Benton Market on Union Street and its conversion into 2 upper scale homes. We are continually looking for good sites and interesting and challenging projects. We do not build big boxes. Please know that all of our homes are designed to have an enduring quality and will be appreciated for their aesthetics many years from now.
